How do I choose a vehicle for my group?
Count every traveller, including children and infants, then compare the passenger and luggage figures for each listing. Share the pickup, destination and complete baggage load with the team. A seat count alone does not confirm that all your luggage will fit.
Why are there two Mercedes V-Class entries?
The two V-Class configurations have different passenger and luggage layouts: the six-passenger option allows up to eight large suitcases and six hand-luggage items; the seven-passenger option allows up to seven large suitcases and seven hand-luggage items. Confirm the complete load and availability for your journey.
How should I read the suitcase capacities?
Large suitcase and hand-luggage allowances are shown separately. Maxima do not guarantee that every maximum fits together. Suitcase dimensions, passengers and sports equipment affect the complete load. The Sprinter hand-luggage allowance requires individual confirmation.
Is an electric transfer vehicle available?
Tesla Model Y Long Range 4x4 is listed in the collection. If an electric vehicle is a preference for your journey, include it in your request and ask the team to confirm the available vehicle for your date and itinerary.
Can I request a particular model?
Request the model or category before confirmation. The confirmed vehicle is planned for the journey. If unforeseen circumstances later require a substitution, an equivalent or higher category must preserve the required capacity and standard at the agreed price. This is not an automatic free upgrade when booking.
What should I tell you about children, ski equipment or bulky bags?
Count children and infants as passengers and request child seats in advance. Ski transport is offered only in V-Class and Sprinter: V-Class can carry up to four pairs with fewer than seven passengers and enough space, after confirmation; no ski transport with seven passengers. Sprinter equipment capacity is agreed individually.
Can I use these vehicles for Zurich Airport and other Swiss journeys?
