A seven-passenger V-Class provides up to seven large suitcases and seven hand-luggage items. The separate six-seat V-Class layout provides up to eight large suitcases and six hand-luggage items. A Sprinter provides up to sixteen passengers and sixteen large suitcases; hand luggage and sports equipment require individual checking.

Several vehicles when the load requires it

Send the complete manifest and identify the group coordinator. If one vehicle cannot safely carry everyone and their luggage, discuss multiple vehicles. Their number, availability, pickup allocation and price must be explicitly confirmed; no automatic combined capacity is promised.

Coordinate flights and programme changes

Provide every flight, arrival date, pickup point and hotel address. Groups arriving on different flights may require separate pickups or an agreed waiting plan. Event transfers, repeated shuttles and multi-day schedules are special arrangements with their own waiting, payment and cancellation terms.

One coordinator, a clear arrival list

Name one journey contact and group the travellers by flight and pickup time. Include children in the passenger total. Separate arrival groups or multiple vehicles need a reviewed coordination plan, not one assumed pickup slot.

For standard transfers the agreed price includes VAT, driver, fuel or electricity, standard road tolls, airport pickup parking, agreed Meet & Greet, flight tracking, luggage assistance and included waiting. Additional stops or changes may affect the quote. Special group and international programmes have individually confirmed inclusions.

A practical answer for your journey

Choose the group vehicle from people and luggage together

A group transfer is not sized only by passenger count. A six-seat V-Class layout is documented for six passengers, eight large suitcases and six hand-luggage pieces; other V-Class layouts and the Sprinter have different loading limits. Vehicle selection, pickup groups and final availability are reviewed for the whole itinerary before an individual group price is confirmed.

What to include in your request

Count all travellers, including infants, and identify any travellers who need child seats.
List large and small luggage, sports equipment and any mobility aids with approximate dimensions.
For several flight arrivals or pickup addresses, give separate passenger groups and times.

Which transfer should you choose?

Use a group quote when vehicle capacity, multiple vehicles or coordinated pickups matter more than a published sedan starting tariff.

How many passengers fit in one Sprinter?

The published Sprinter configuration accommodates up to sixteen passengers and sixteen large suitcases. Hand luggage, sports equipment and the full dimensions still require confirmation.

Can a six-seat V-Class take eight large suitcases?

Yes. The confirmed six-seat layout accommodates up to six passengers, eight large suitcases and six hand-luggage items, subject to the dimensions and safe placement of the complete load.

Can you arrange more than one vehicle?

Request a coordinated vehicle plan. Vehicle count, availability, pickup allocation and the price of the complete arrangement must be confirmed individually.

Do ordinary cancellation rules apply to group programmes?

Group, event and multi-day engagements may have individually agreed cancellation, waiting and deposit arrangements. Ask for the terms of your complete programme before confirmation.

When is my booking confirmed?

Chris Trans reviews your request and sends an explicit confirmation with the agreed vehicle, pickup time, itinerary and final price. A request or payment receipt is separate. The driver’s name and contact details arrive in a separate message later, before the journey.
