01

How the transport is organised

Chris Trans works with a combination of its own vehicles, drivers and professional transport partners. This helps the company review different vehicle categories, larger groups and special itineraries. Every requested arrangement remains subject to vehicle and driver availability and explicit company confirmation.

02

The scope belongs to the particular booking

Share all addresses, service windows, passenger groups, luggage and equipment. If the journey needs several vehicles or an extended programme, agree the allocation, coordinator, duration, waiting and total price. An example vehicle or a previously served company is not a reservation for your dates.

03

Corporate guests and public references

The website has existing company and transport references. The role, description and permission for each named reference must match the actual relationship. Providing transport for a company traveller does not establish an official endorsement or an exclusive-provider appointment. Corporate service is arranged for the actual request and programme.

04

Documents for the particular work

Applicable driver permissions and vehicle insurance are considered for the requested category and route. The company can provide relevant documentation for checking when needed. Special event access, international travel and group vehicles have their own requirements; no blanket permit or unrestricted venue access is promised.

How to assess a transport partnership

For a business itinerary, verify which company coordinates the journey, what arrangements have actually been confirmed and what each business reference represents.

01Official register

One coordinating company

Airport Transfers Chris TRANS KLG is the Swiss business named on your booking enquiry. The official register confirms the company identity; it does not certify any claimed partnership or event accreditation.

Describe the full group programme

Provide arrival windows, all pickup and drop-off addresses, number of travellers, vehicles, luggage and any waiting or additional stops. The final allocation and price are confirmed for that itinerary.

Event access is not automatic

For corporate roadshows, WEF Davos and special venues, access rules, permits and coordination are reviewed for the particular booking. A previous journey or displayed company name is not a guarantee of exclusive-provider status.

WEF Davos arrangements

References to other companies must state the actual, approved relationship. A logo, service history or transport photograph alone is not proof of endorsement, a contract or permission to reuse a third-party trademark.
