Client Reviews

Transportation to and from Zurich Airport went perfectly! Both the outbound and return journeys were flawlessly organized. Water was provided in the car, and a child seat was also available—a very thoughtful touch! On the return trip, the driver was waiting for us right at the terminal with a sign, which was truly welcome after a long flight. Communication via WhatsApp was straightforward and reliable. We will definitely book our transport with this company in the future—it is simply worth it when traveling with a child and lots of luggage! Highly recommended!

It was 5-Star! I had to book the transfer from Lucerne to Zurich at the last minute since I had fallen and hurt my foot the afternoon before we needed to get to the Zurich Airport. I found the website easy to use and was happy to get it reserved at such short notice. Our driver was great, too.

We were very happy with our transport both from and to Zurich Airport. Our driver was waiting for us at the baggage carousel on arrival so we were loaded and away very smoothly. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and roomy. On our return again the driver was waiting for us and he dropped us off by departure. Very happy with our experience with Zurich Airport Transfers and would recommend.them.

Great service, thank you! I used this company to take me home after undergoing minor surgery in Zürich. The price was very competitive for a 120km journey and I was able to pay online a few days before when booking. I'm thankful that Chris Trans allowed me to confirm pick-up only once ready following my surgery. This took any pressure off in those first few hours.

The Mercedes was very nice and comfortable, and the driver was friendly.

I would recommend this company and would use them again myself!

Good job, Chris Trans!

After a long flight, the smooth and comfortable ride was truly appreciated. Everything was perfectly on time and well managed. Highly recommended!

Easy communication, I had a driver name and number quickly. The driver was on time, right where they were supposed to be. Nicely dressed, clean car and right to my hotel. Driver offered water, checked if temperature was ok and asked if I needed any recommendations in Zurich. 10 out of 10 and I will use Chris Transport again when next in Europe. Reliable and efficient. Cheers!

buchen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Best and most accomodating transfer service I’ve ever used, highly recommend!!

We arrived in Zurich (family of 4) with a pre booked transfer via another company (mistake!). Despite booking months in advance and having instructions saying we would be met at the airport with a name plate, the other company failed to provide a car and we were left stranded, until we found these wonderful humans!

Our call was immediately answered, they understood our predicament (needing a Premium Minivan to take us to St Moritz 3hrs away) and had a driver locked in within 10 mins and a pickup shortly after, unbelievable! Lifesavers! We can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond, reaching out to their extensive network to find a driver at short notice (actually no notice!) and then having him meet us in the airport, a complete professional, polite and helpful and a great driver!

I would use them again anytime and highly encourage you to engage with these professionals, completely worth the piece of mind and reliability they provide.

Our driver met us at the airport, she was smartly dressed, polite and helpful. It was a short walk to our luxury vehicle, which was sparkling clean. The chocolates and bottles of water were a lovely touch.
Our driver arrived in plenty of time for us to catch our transfer back to the airport.

I recently used Chris Trans for an airport transfer and was thoroughly impressed with the service. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The booking process was straightforward, and I appreciated the confirmation and the detailed information.

On the day of the transfer, the driver arrived promptly and was very courteous. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant journey. The driver was professional, knew the best routes to avoid traffic, and ensured a smooth ride.

Additionally, the fare was reasonable and clearly communicated upfront with no hidden charges. I also appreciated the option to pay by card, adding to the convenience.

Overall, Chris Trans provided a reliable and high-quality service. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.
