Пристигнахме в Цюрих (семейство от 4 души) с предварително резервиран трансфер чрез друга компания (грешка!). Въпреки че резервацията беше с месеци предварително и инструкциите, че ще бъдем посрещнати на летището с табелка с име, другата компания не ни осигури кола и бяхме оставени на заседнал терен, докато не открихме тези прекрасни хора!

На обаждането ни отговориха веднага, те разбраха затруднението ни (нуждаехме се от първокласен миниван, който да ни закара до Санкт Мориц на 3 часа път) и осигуриха шофьор в рамките на 10 минути, а малко след това и взимане, невероятно! Спасители! Не можем да им благодарим достатъчно, че направиха всичко възможно, свързаха се с широката си мрежа, за да намерят шофьор в кратък срок (всъщност без предизвестие!) и след това го посрещнаха на летището - пълен професионалист, учтив и услужлив, и страхотен шофьор!

Бих ги използвал отново по всяко време и горещо ви препоръчвам да се свържете с тези професионалисти, напълно си заслужават спокойствието и надеждността, които предоставят.

Ich bin super zufrieden mit dem Service von Swiss-TransferTaxi! Sowohl
die Hin- als auch die Rückfahrt verliefen absolut einwandfrei. Die
Fahrer waren überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und absolut pünktlich
– man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben. Auch die Kommunikation
über WhatsApp war schnell, unkompliziert und sehr professionell. Die
Fahrzeuge (Autos und Vans) waren top – modern, sauber und sehr
komfortabel. Insgesamt ein sehr zuverlässiger und angenehmer

Best and most accomodating transfer service I’ve ever used, highly recommend!!

We arrived in Zurich (family of 4) with a pre booked transfer via another company (mistake!). Despite booking months in advance and having instructions saying we would be met at the airport with a name plate, the other company failed to provide a car and we were left stranded, until we found these wonderful humans!

Our call was immediately answered, they understood our predicament (needing a Premium Minivan to take us to St Moritz 3hrs away) and had a driver locked in within 10 mins and a pickup shortly after, unbelievable! Lifesavers! We can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond, reaching out to their extensive network to find a driver at short notice (actually no notice!) and then having him meet us in the airport, a complete professional, polite and helpful and a great driver!

I would use them again anytime and highly encourage you to engage with these professionals, completely worth the piece of mind and reliability they provide.

Our driver met us at the airport, she was smartly dressed, polite and helpful. It was a short walk to our luxury vehicle, which was sparkling clean. The chocolates and bottles of water were a lovely touch.
Our driver arrived in plenty of time for us to catch our transfer back to the airport.
