Best and most accomodating transfer service I’ve ever used, highly recommend!!

We arrived in Zurich (family of 4) with a pre booked transfer via another company (mistake!). Despite booking months in advance and having instructions saying we would be met at the airport with a name plate, the other company failed to provide a car and we were left stranded, until we found these wonderful humans!

Our call was immediately answered, they understood our predicament (needing a Premium Minivan to take us to St Moritz 3hrs away) and had a driver locked in within 10 mins and a pickup shortly after, unbelievable! Lifesavers! We can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond, reaching out to their extensive network to find a driver at short notice (actually no notice!) and then having him meet us in the airport, a complete professional, polite and helpful and a great driver!

I would use them again anytime and highly encourage you to engage with these professionals, completely worth the piece of mind and reliability they provide.

Our driver met us at the airport, she was smartly dressed, polite and helpful. It was a short walk to our luxury vehicle, which was sparkling clean. The chocolates and bottles of water were a lovely touch.
Our driver arrived in plenty of time for us to catch our transfer back to the airport.
