Zurich Airport Transfers (ZRH) and Private Chauffeur Services

Provide the flight number, arrival date, exact destination address, passenger count and complete luggage requirements. Confirm the pickup instructions and final quote before booking.

Follow the flight-specific meeting instructions supplied by Chris Trans for the public Arrival 1 or Arrival 2 area. Driver name and contact details are sent separately before travel. Road pickup does not grant access to restricted airport areas.

For an ordinary monitored flight delay, pickup is adjusted to the actual arrival. Contact Chris Trans promptly if the flight is cancelled, diverted, changed to a different flight number or if baggage difficulties affect your meeting. Changed arrangements require availability review.

Standard airport transfers include 90 minutes from actual landing; hotel or address pickups include 30 minutes from the agreed pickup time. Additional waiting is charged per started hour, including VAT: E-Class CHF 70, Tesla Model Y CHF 70, V-Class CHF 90. Other vehicle categories are quoted individually.

For standard transfers, cancellation at least 24 hours before pickup gives a full refund; at least 12 but fewer than 24 hours gives a 50% refund; less than 12 hours gives no refund. Changes require confirmation. WEF, hourly, multi-day and special programmes have individually agreed terms.

The quote uses the exact addresses, date, vehicle, complete passenger and luggage load, and any agreed stops. Sending a request does not confirm the journey: Chris Trans confirms the vehicle, pickup time, itinerary and final price explicitly by email. Driver contact details follow separately before travel.

Compare the published passenger and suitcase capacities in the fleet. Tell the team about skis, pushchairs, child seats and other bulky items so the complete load and availability can be checked.

Send the number of passengers, pickup groups, addresses and appointment times. Explain whether you need direct transfers or a chauffeur for an agreed period, and request confirmation of the proposed vehicles and schedule.

Share the dates, airport transfers, hotel and venue addresses and daily schedule. Confirm the applicable hours, waiting and change rules. Check current venue access and accreditation instructions with the organiser.

Name the final accommodation address and describe the ski bags and other equipment. Ask the team to check vehicle suitability, destination access and availability for your dates.

Provide the terminal or operator’s pickup instructions, aircraft arrival details and final destination. Ask the team to confirm whether the requested pickup and access arrangements can be accommodated.

Provide the return pickup address, date and time separately. For a journey to the airport, include the flight departure details and confirm an appropriate pickup plan.
