What are the cancellation rules for a standard transfer?
Cancel 24 hours or more before the transfer for a full refund of the prepaid amount; from 12 to less than 24 hours for 50%. Less than 12 hours means no refund and the full price is due. An established no-show makes the full price due. Company cancellation gives a full prepaid refund. Special engagements have individually agreed conditions.
